Today Wounded Nature-Working Veterans and some of our regular volunteers combined with Boeing volunteers, changed the view for Ravenel Bridge walkers and tourists. Trash, plastics, steel, a TV, treated wood and other eyesores were removed from this island. These are some awesome and committed volunteers. They handled getting stuck in pluff mud, getting spooked by a snake while moving some debris, and working in high humidity on a hot day.
The winner for most unique item found was a note in a plastic bottle written in 2005.
