Grampian Sailboat Removal with Great Lakes Dredge & Dock

Wounded Nature-Working Veterans set our sites on an ugly, Grampian 30-foot sailboat and removed it from the water for good. A very special thank you to Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company, LLC. They donated some serious equipment, manpower and expertise. Diver Chris Eyler, his tender James Fookes and tender assistant Donald Corry. Additional thanks to Whit Jones, who captained the water taxi today, DNR officer Willie Ladue, who plays a big role in getting all of these boats out of the water, along with Officer Michael Merrill of Charleston Police Harbor Unit, and Brad Milano who hauled it away once we got it out.
